Bake Sale

Lack of access to basic personal hygiene necessities not only affect an individual's health but can negatively impact confidence and self-esteem. Our on-campus and neighborhood hygiene drives were our first project to bring awareness to our own communities and to collect hygiene product donations for the unsheltered women and children with the hope to help promote better health and mental well-being.

Respect, love, kindness, and understanding are some of the most important needs of the displaced houseless individuals. Our second project was to create personalized greeting cards offering to the houseless guests of Rose Haven during Thanksgiving time to show love, care, encouragement, and kindness.

A bake sale held on campus in the Spring was a successful fundraising event.  Our team members provided materials and their baking talents.  All of the proceeds was used to purchase necessities for the houseless community served by our partner non-profit organization, Rose Haven.
